6/8 names I managed to get on Red Eclipse

Carbine
Crucio

Were already taken

Cárbine
Crució

now... :)

My sentinel was "Leinad" which was pretty poor so secured the name "Hadeyn" instead - I actually have all original 8 names on ToFN also from launch in case I rolled PvP

/edit

I hope my Legacy name is safe! :(

Do hope Bioware is smart enough to tell the difference between someone reserving names in case of a transfer and someone actually rolling on the server otherwise they might end the transfers to that server too soon.

Oh who am i kidding, Bioware probably not thought that far ahead.

From the pattern I'm seeing, I'm willing to put money on there being another PvE EU destination server. Seeing as there are now 9 servers transferring to The Red Eclipse, that leaves 10 more to group together, with 9 of them being origin servers and the other a destination server.

Probably going to be Frostclaw judging by server activity.

I'd like to hope that but all the PvP merged and I am not sure Frostclaw is the 2nd most popular English PvE - Baraca's Blade or whatever it's called is quite busy and just now 2 other servers showed as STANDARD with Frostclaw at LIGHT

Fingers crossed though!

Bacca's Blade is far from busy, maybe it was the 2nd busiest just before the transfers, though for a good while it was actually the least populated PvE server in the EU!

The general population on it died a long long time ago definitely before a few of the others, I should know my ex-main is still stuck there :(

Also, look at the server distribution for US West Coast for the transfers.

Reducing EU PVP to a single server, PVE to what looks like it's gonna be 2? Methinks they're going too aggressive with the transfers now, I like this game. But not enough to bother with the inevitable queuing if you fold too many light servers together.

Really is a game I can take or leave, and booting it up to a queue will just leave me clicking something else on Steam instead.

Frostclaw was the first pve English server to be switch on

Right at this moment losing hope on it being a detestation. guess we find out more around 4pm onwards

I know they're closing down transfers for the weekend but does anyone know if there'll be more today?

Also, for people worrying about queues - dont. First off it's much much better to have a server that's too busy rather than multiple dead ones, also a lot of players will be leaving after the buzz around the transfers ends. I've noticed a dramatic increase in activity on my server since the announcements and we're not even up for transfer yet, gone from around 20 on the fleet to about 80.

The only thing that will get me back on SWTOR now is transfers to/from Frostclaw and a LFG tool. Gender/race changes (
These things are happening, i personally think FC will be a Origin, hopefully we will find out today, LFG is coming in a few weeks when 1.3 is released.

Gender / race change however is not here yet.

Looks like they will continue to open servers over the weekend too! All of the PvP servers have been rolled into one now and there's only 9 EU English PvE servers left so hopefully these will be turned around quickly.

Still upset I'm no longer going to be the only concealment operative on the server, oh well I enjoyed being the best for a while!

They haven't mentioned anything about the superservers but this certainly seems to be the route they've decided on. I don't think it's bad to have 1-2 servers as long as they aren't over populated. I don't want there to be so many players that community is lost but I'm definitely looking foward to lower pvp queues (about 40 minutes at the moment for me) and more player selection for operations.

There were close to 300 people on republic fleet on Red Eclipse last night, started a new toon there to check it out and managed my first Esseles run in months, I'd forgotten how different it was on a really packed server.
