I dont PvP as much on my slinger (Valor 40) as I do on my Sage - but when I do 9/10 times I am top for Damage (and I play for objectives) and that is in mostly PvE - 2 Battlemaster bits and 3 Recruit - rest PvE - but we can be a bit squishy against certain classes - I am also specced PvE for my tree making it a bit tougher... so no 10m push back with aim shot! Absoloute beast in PvE for damage though - love it!!

New animations are awesome! Love that the pushback is now in sync!
 
I levelled as Darkness, but it may be completely different these days. I gave up in the end, it's been far too long and too much has changed for me to just jump on it again - it was pre 1.2 that I last used him! Playing my 34 Marauder instead, instant fun :)

yeah there is one certain Imperial class that GS struggle against big time in PVP ;)

I also get the most damage in PVP by quite a bit now as well :)

I found my GS to be one of my better characters for PvP, before this patch, not tried him since as I can't be bothered to respec him.

It's mostly the same in terms of tree it's just a slight alteration to illegal mods and the level 40 talent (forgot its name) - it takes like 60seconds to respec...

Trouble is it's been so long since I played my Gunslinger, weeks if not months, so I've forgotten how I play. I've also forgotten what skills I had previously picked and from which trees.

I've been playing 3 different characters since I played my Gunslinger, I've forgotten so much about him! Besides they'll soon patch it again and mean I have to respec again, so I'll just wait until I need to play him again.

Yes but the tree options are mostly the same is what I meant.

Fair enough though I know what it's like to switch between toons!
