Much happier with my Sith Juggernaut with his level 30 abilities, plus the addition of my new companion

Interested to see where the legacy system goes.

Keep getting the urge to rush to 50, but am trying to savour the levelling experience - I always rush to the cap then regret it! End of chapter 1 for the sith warrior was absolutely brilliant!

The running around on Nar Shaddaa is doing my head in. Can't wait untill I get a mount.

If you think it is bad there, wait until Tatooine or Alderaan - I feel quite sorry for people who haven't managed to get a mount by that time!

What are you smoking arknor? Minimal Social interaction? I am constantly chatting to the guild/general chat, running group content with the guild and randomers (many of whom on Frostclaw are really friendly), have joined/formed operations against world bosses - what about this is minimal interaction?

Just because you have decided NOT to interact with people, it doesn't mean that we all have and that the game lacks any interaction

His server (One I'm on) is deathly empty and it shows Full most nights.
There's all on the opposite faction

That makes more sense - hopefully we get the ability to move characters across servers soon

Has anyone got AA working? I've tried the config hack but it doesn't seem to do anything. This game could look so good if the shadows and AA were up-to-par.

Mine is forced through CCC.

Just had one of the worst groups ever - the kind that jumps on CC'd enemies and aggros additional mobs. Won't be grouping with randomers for a while - will be sticking to flashpoints with guildies methinks

Not a single jadded edge here with AA maxed out on an AMD card, so am sure you must be able to with yours?

Previously I was a hard core WoW player Vanilla -> Lich King.

Played as a druid which while weak in vanilla was great later on, a master of all trades (tank/heal/dps). I would like to be a master of all trades but as the game is just released it will probably be a jack of all trades and master of none. Is there a master/op class? And is their a shortage of certain classes?

With regards to server I would prefer to get in a very active server where there are a lot of hardcore players, which servers are these and what are the queues like now adays on them?

Also where is the biggest OCuK guild?

Welcome - there is definitely a lack of healers/tanks in the game. The most popular class seems to be the Sith Inquisitor/Sorcerer - you need to decide whether you want to be Republic/Imperial, PvP/PvE, Ranged/Melee - that will narrow down the choices

There are quite a few large guilds, see the first two posts for info on these. You would be welcome in any of them

Sorry one last question, I was PVE in WoW but fancy PVP as it adds an extra element to the game. Are there much problems with newbie bashing and corpse camping in this game while leveling?

Can't tell you much about PvP, but I am sure others can add to this.

Seems Imperial is the most popular, frostclaw for PVE, Tomb of Nadds for PVP.

How bad are the frostclaw queues?

Has been much better recently . In the last 4 days, I have only had to queue once (last night, 10 people infront of me, about a 2-3 minute wait).

Would be good to have you in the guild.

Still having fun with this game, but can see what others are talking about when they say it plays like a single player RPG. Finding it hard at times to form groups for flashpoints ( less so for heroics ). There is plenty of single player content, so it's not as if you become completely stuck for things to do ... but it is nice to group and have fun with others now & again. I think to get full enjoyment from this game it will be essential to choose a server where you know there are plenty of friends ( or OcUkers ) that you can meet up with.

There is certainly a lot of single player content. From what I have seen, I think the problem is that a lot of people are doing the group content with their guild (I only do flashpoints with guildies, and in future won't be grouping to do heroics with randomers), so there are very few people looking for groups in general chat. Grouping with guildies is both more fun, and more coordinated

By a mile which surprised me.

Surprised me too - throughout the beta testing phase the game seemed incredibly balanced between Republic/Imperial. Then as soon as release came, most people rolled Imperial.

I can understand it a little though, from my experience I found the Sith storyline to be so much more fun than that of the Jedi. The Jedi were just too "goody goody" for me tbh - I guess this is quite fitting for the era.

Would be interested to see the most recent stats on the distribution.

I don't have it personally but my friend told me when he plays wow is gpu goes at around 70 degrees but when he plays swtor it goes up to 90.

TOR does the same to mine - pushes my PC harder than most other games out there actually.

Ok, taking it 'very' slow. Probably a level an hour taking into account coffee breaks. Just been looking aound and listening to all the dialogue. I've also been avoiding unecessary fights which has meant I haven't been very efficient xp-wise.

Take your time, there are a fair few people who are at 50 and bored. I am trying my best to lengthen the levelling experience.

The trade center is working well for me at the moment, just passed 50k at about level 37 (and have expanded most of my inventory, constantly craft and am uptodate with my skills).

Today has been about Datacron gathering on Dromund Kass, hitting level 26 and introducing cute little Jawa's to the business end of my sniper rifle.

Did the same myself once I finished with the place. Also did the same on Balmorra. Stopped after that though - I think our guild are going to do a datacron run in the future. Will be much easier once we have greatly outlevelled all the planets.

You are more than welcome . You need to first register on the OcUK players and guild forum at http://www.beyondtheclock.com/home, then whisper one of us ingame and we can invite you (don't seem to be many on tonight though!). We have made registering on Beyond the Clock a requirement just to make it easier to communicate within the guild - will be especially useful for raids.

The Sith Jugg gets much more powerful as it levels up - force scream now shields me (pretty much for the duration of the cooldown) and almost makes me unkillable, even against Elites/Champions. Nearly finished with Taris
