Even though im having performance issues with WZs, ive decided to try some daily quests, though im having a few issues be grateful is someone could answer a few questions for me ::

Ive got to level 50 but im having some trouble finding my daily quests. i have competed 4 i think but im sure there are more on ilum?

I cant defeat Admiral Shai on the quest "A New Order", so im not sure if that effects me unlocking more daily quest?


I have rode around ilum trying to find more imperial bases but cant seem to find any.

The only bases i have found are:

Imperial Waystation

Imperial Outpost



Also when there is a blue triangle above the NPC, does this mean that quest is a daily and will be unlocked when the time resets? as im not sure when i can repeat the 4 quests that i have found so far.

Also the only dailys i cant find on the fleet are all Flashpoints and Ops, there was 1 Box by the PVP section i think i done yesterday but that box now says eligible?, will this unlock again when the time resets for dailys?

Might seem silly questions to some, im just stuck at present

guide to all of the Dailies. You have to finish the original Ilum quest chain before some of the dailies become available iirc.

The Shipment one is bugged though, unless it's been fixed recently?

Also do the space mission Ascendant Pride for another 2.

Blue means that it's a daily mission which can't be accepted again until the daily reset.

Hi and thanks, when you say the original Ilum quest chain would that be the quest i cant compete, as i cant kill Admiral Shai? the quest is called " A New Order"
 
If thats part of the quest chain you started when you were originally sent to Ilum at Lvl 50 (Begins with First Strike iirc) then you have to complete that quest chain first.

It's been a while since i did it.

Best thing is just to make sure you've done all of the Quests on Ilum that you can.
 
I'm thinking of going for a Intel i3 2120 & Radeon 6850 build. Will that allow me to play on my 32" TV smoothly during operations at say 30+ FPS, at 1920x1080 or whatever resolution it uses on high settings (shadows on off)? I have a spare 22" monitor lying around if I have to drop down to 1650x1080 and a 19" at 1440x900...

Atm, I play on my Intel i5 & nVidia GT330M GT and although it's fine for levelling, it does occasionally drop to 15FPS, and I'm at that stage of the year again with my PC building itch! My Sith Juggernaut is almost Level 50 and I plan to spec tanking.

Would love a i5 2400K and Radeon 6970 instead but that increases my total by £100!

If you're going to spend money on a cpu, save a bit longer and get an i5 2500k. The overclocking possible even with the stock cooler is insane, it'll keep you going for a good 3 years.

Oh I haven't overclocked in years now and I don't plan to do so with this one as I'm going for a mini-ITX board. I think it has a H61 chipset. I had a 2500K in a previous rig and never overclocked that too.
 
Had my first PvP experience over the weekend, as a healer, i got 35 kills, 7 deaths and healed 26500 odd.

I'm not exactly your typical healer in MMO's, i like to also deal damage as well, so i'm not fully investing in the healing tree, but most of my points are in that tree, i'm a Smuggler btw.

Edit: Once i get area heal, i can do both at the same time.

what slinger build you running out of interest? DF/Sabslinger I'm guessing?

I stuck with a 31/7/3 SS build and despite what others think I'm really enjoying the PvP on that spec.

My best is 368k dmg, 56 kill 0 deaths in a voidstar (probably my favorite WZ)

Ive started WZs for the first time (Not great Performance in Aldrean)

I play a Jug using (Rage tree) and i suck lol.
im always in the bottom 3-4, though im getting better, finding it really difficult, i(m dying around 4-5 times a game) as i only have 16K health which isnt that much for a Tank really.
