I for one am delighted to see Van Der Vaart potentially on his way to North London: Robin Van Persie spends so much time away from the club crocked, utterly broken, collapsed in a puddle of his own hilariously fragile limbs. I worry about what it does to the poor fellow, he must get lonely and bored spending so much time away from the squad.

But now he will have another Dutchee with the most delicate and crumbly legs imaginable in the vicinity! They can park their hospital beds next to each other and while away the season playing Pro Evo together. It'll be very nice for the pair of them...

Are you sure? IINM he's still got 2 years left on his deal.
A Galatasaray supporter posted in the Insua thread on RAWK to say the loan deal is worth £750,000 Euros and as he's essentially on a free next season that's all we're getting. The incompetence of everyone involved in this loan is staggering.

Anybody seen the article on SSN about mourinho not being harry potter.

Can't quote as it's on the iPhone sky sports app.

Basically After the 0-0 draw at the weekend he's quote as saying something along the lines of "if something goes wrong and I have to leave the club, I would have one of the best clubs in the world waiting for me"

United?

It'll be interesting to see where he goes next if he doesn't win any trophies at Real Madrid, which is quite likely given how good Barca are, and how tough the CL is... but his reputation in our country is pretty much bullet-proof is it not? If he won nothing Man United/Liverpool or maybe even Arsenal if Wenger is retiring would still roll out the red carpet for Jose.

It will all depend on timing I suppose. If Real are through with him in this one season he might be short of options in England - possibly only Man City/Liverpool would want him at the end of this current season, and unless Liverpool's ownership situation is sorted he wouldn't go there.

It'll be good for the Premier League if it goes through, but the article I read on Sky made it seem a tad unlikely... Spurs are really playing fast and loose with these deadlines! We'll let you off though, considering we signed Arshavin the day after the window closed a couple of Januaries ago. :D

unbelievable work pulling that off, levy truely puts del boy to shame though i'm assuming it was the technical issues i'm guessing fax/email etc that swung it as it was computer error rather than human slopiness?
