He's got a bit of decent form at the moment, but he's no Given. He needs to have played a lot more before he can be thought of as on a level with the others in that list.

I personally feel he's been top 3 in the Prem for the last year or so, and other than the blip in his career after the England howler has been consistently up there throughout.

He's no Given because he hasn't done it over a decade.

Will he be able to make high profile mistakes and bounce back from them? He's simply not been first choice long enough yet.
