Will do, iirc on my old x58 setup there was an issue with a certain revision of ibt and thread selection.in ibt try setting 4 threads instead of auto or all
EDIT:Setting threads to 4 manually, results in 59gflops.

Cleared rtc and reentered the settings, still the same in ibt mate.yeah pain in the arse, but might fix the problem leave it for a few minutes before repalcing jumper back in original place
Pop the cmos battery out for 5 mins,far better than jumpers n buttons
Another thing to try is raising the power limits,I think of got mine on 120/140% for CPU on my asus
personally I wouldn't go above 4.6ghz if your not under water or delidded,its just not worth it
