in ibt try setting 4 threads instead of auto or all
Will do, iirc on my old x58 setup there was an issue with a certain revision of ibt and thread selection.

EDIT:Setting threads to 4 manually, results in 59gflops.

load task manager aswell and makesure all cores are shown and 100% loaded

it should still be the same gflops as what you had before

are you stable with stock vccsa? 1.2v is max safe on that same as vccio, you could need more idk

K, strange one this. Ive got vccsa at 0.9500, stock is 0.92500. With the old vengeance kit in, i had vccsa at 1.01875. I took some screenshots of the bios ai oc menu i can post up if need be.

Taskbar monitoring also shows all cores at 100% use, but still low gflops and a longer time to complete the test.

Ill have to try that vonex, earlier i just loaded defaults and proceeded to enter my previous known stable cpu settings, (have theese wrote down). Then added the new settings ive been using for the ram.

yeah pain in the arse, but might fix the problem leave it for a few minutes before repalcing jumper back in original place

Spent some 5 hours working on this score today.

Dissapointed about not getting in the top 3, I managed to pull this off :P

Pop the cmos battery out for 5 mins, far better than jumpers n buttons

Another thing to try is raising the power limits,I think of got mine on 120/140% for CPU on my asus

YES. This! I totally forgot about this wazza! Set power mode to Optimised and level to 130/140.

edit// horrorxpunk you're now second - updating table now. Some nice scores, I'm gonna have to get benching !

Power limit at 140%, cpu spread spectrum disabled. Ran 32m just now, slightly better score than before.

2133mhz, 9-10-10-22, 96 trfc 1.57500v.

I'm hoping for some real competitive play now; I'm just itching with 2133 MHz and trying some more timings. I have been trying to break 5300Mhz all day but it's been a right pain in the butt. Going to need to take the HSF off the ivybridge and mount the water cooler directly! Since I've got back from work at 4:30pm I think I have reset the PC over 30 - 40 times!

I've just been playing around with 1.604v this evening; but hitting 100 degrees in prime so going to have to wait until I get a new cpu block and delid the ivy.

Wazza you must have some tight Dimm's you will have to show me a memtweak screenshot sometime!

Looks like we are using virtually the same overclock (102 x 51)*5202MHz

What are your Dimm's supposed to be rated at mine are 1866.

1600mhz is stock for Samsung green,i didn't oc with the bclk I keep that at 100 and just use 52x cpu multi

I got halfway through a super pi run at 5.3ghz and it crashed and I didn't bother trying again,i don't like to push that far with voltages

personally I wouldn't go above 4.6ghz if your not under water or delidded, its just not worth it

I'm a crazy man when it comes to voltage as long as the heat isn't pushing past 85 degrees I am happy to keep going. As you can see I have been toying with every single voltage setting on the MVF and the board still runs as it did when it was brand new.

I bricked a 680 the other week with custom firmware managed to fix that in DOS.

If it breaks it breaks I will replace it, I ain't going to cry about it. It's worth it for the thrills, that electricity in the air when your pushing 1.546 v and watching prime crunch out those iterations; gives me the damn chillies.

Although I'm more in it for 3DMark13 Firestrike. Pushing 1306Mhz and nearly 8Ghz memory clock with the 680 was pretty ecstatic.
