It's probably a power consumption thing as well, not a huge amount of benefit to go 10 Gbps for a wireless AP.That's a valid reason I suppose. I built my network in 2018. Guess I've just got the itch.

But can't WiFi 7 saturate a 2.5g backhaul? It's probably a power consumption thing as well, not a huge amount of benefit to go 10 Gbps for a wireless AP.
I don't think they do any 10 GbE PoE switches.

Anyone have any real world experiences yet with the U7 Pro? Really debating going for one, bit of an itch...
Do your client machines receive the correct DNS server in their DHCP config - and can they resolve addresses via the pihole?Got myself the Dream Machine SE over the weekend. So far so good but I cant get the my PiHole to work with it.
I have pointed the DNS in the Network and the Gateway config to the PiHole IP address, as mentioned on their forums. The PiHole is receiving traffic but none of the devices get an internet connection apart from the PiHole.
Anyone else got this working?

Same, got one being delivered today - my USG 3P has started to randomly reboot, or just not respond at times, so time for a replacement.UXG-lite on its way, finally! Will be good to put the ol' USG 3P out to pasture and get some wire speed DPI/IPS going. It's served me well...
Eu store in my case. From the UK store? Interested to know the PSU they ship, I know it's a glorified Raspberry PI PSU etc.
They didn't have them in stock on the UK store, and ordering from elsewhere (a UK company) was a bit cheaper than the EU store, will wait and see what mine comes with. From the UK store? Interested to know the PSU they ship, I know it's a glorified Raspberry PI PSU etc.

Oh well, only just appeared on one of my news feeds, trying to see news other than Broadcom nuke button on VMware lol . Bothered, not really, but did have a brief look at alt labs, it's just the normal revolving door between tech firms. You're only 3 days late.

Ouch, good luck and hope all works out ok. I know a couple of places that are planning on moving off vmware now, but they're small scale, so Broadcom wouldn't care.Try being a VMware employee.
