Or, only another 4 episodes till "Company Man", one of the best episodes of season 1!!

You watch your Heroes, I'll practice with the dual shock on UT3 as I nudged the difficulty up 1 more level and the AI bots whoop me silly!!!

Edit1: Just to add, the game does that annoying thing like Gears where sometimes the beginning of the level loads the textures after a short delay (I am sure I read it is a problem inherent to the Unreal 3 Engine, but i don;t know much about that). You definitely not8ice it on the screen where you can change your characters face/body/boots etc.

Edit2: If you stand still and look around there is a lack of AA (i.e jaggies). Normally would annoy me a bit, but witha fast paced game it is not an issue imo, as you stand still you lose your head!!!

Edit3: The new announcer taunts are funny!

Edit4: You can control the hoverboard (whcih I haven't used apart from in the screenshots) can be controlled with the sixaxis. Just like you can control Goblin guy in Spider-man 3 game on PS3. It feels like you are Marty Mcfly flying around in Back to the Future, trying to escape from Biff!!!

I am gonna try some different mice tonight. My one is the one on the left, works fine at work, but reception and button clicks seem to be missed at home. (I noticed this on my MAC before but now on the PS3 as well so I am thinking some sort of interference/reception issue):

What about multiplayer with mouse/keyboard? Do you play in the same games as control pad players? Or won't it let different control types join the same game? If together then the pad guys will get boned bit style...

There is a choice from the filter list as to whethrr you want it to display such games or not. Yesterday I played a controllers only map, and still got whooped!!

Played same starter level as yesterday offline, and it was much more precise with a mouse. Got some double kills and even a rampage!!! Online I played with a mouse and keyboard briefly and got beaten, but got a few kills.

I haven't even started on the vehicles etc yet, I can see myself spending a lot of time on this once others I know are online. And definitely playing this for a few longer sessions this weekend and over xmas. I need to sit down and play the campaign to practice and get back into it but I am very happy so far.

It takes you 5 minutes to send an e-mail? With hand-eye co-ordination that poor, UT3 is not the game for you I suspect :D

After the amount of Vodkas I've had you should be congratulating me for even seeing this screen and typing this well! :D

ps - I'm a 6 year UT99 vet, my hand eye co-ordination is great, well err maybe
 
Tempted to get this imported just so I can lounge back a bit and play from my bed now and then and will play the PC version when I feel like being up close, not sure though it looks kinda hard to aim judging from rp's video. :p
 
Got mine today :)
Just had a quick blast with a couple of guys from here, was good fun.
Will be up for some more tonight.

Sorry i just went had to reset router, ill be about later maybe, good fun though may try Keyboard/mouse soon see what its like.
 
Mine arrived this morning too, nice trying it online with you guys, I'll be back later, must resist the temptation of playing it with mouse and keyboard though, I want to get better with the pad first :D
