Thinking about treatingg myself to a premium tank


Any suggestions for a cheap new toy to rack the creds up with?
 
First, really consider you want to do it, you'lll spend real money on a tank thats good now only for them to nerf it either because people complain its OP or they review the stats and "make it balanced".

2nd, depends what you like playing? Light/Medium/Heavy?

Are you grinding for a particular tank that putting the crew in a premium tank would help with?

If you like mediums, the Type 59 is great and can get you on your way to the chinese higher tier meds. T34 if you are grinding the high tier USA heavies. IS6 if you're heading for the USSR heavies.

When you buy it, don't put a crew in it. Take your existing crew from the same nation and class (light/med/heavy/spg/td) plonk them in there for a game - then put them back in the tanks you are grinding. Easy.

Wait for 8.8 as two new premiums are coming out

2 new Chinese Premium Tanks:

  • T-34-3, Tier VIII Medium Tank
  • 112, Tier VIII Heavy Tank

Do you play the stug at all? If you like that and want to take it up a notch the E-25 is great fun. The first premium I bought was the Churchill, but that really struggles now. The Type 59 and T34 I bought on recommendation but I don't particularly like either.
 
only 3 main tanks I play are t50/t150 and my kv-3


struggling with the grind to go get the kv up to spec and move on from there.

It's a good point for most tanks, but it doesn't tend to affect premium tanks as often. They more often remove them from the store.

Some sound advice there, apart from recommending the Type 59, which is no longer available, the new T34-3 in 8.8 will be the closest thing to it however.
