Didn't they ban half the "siemas" this week because they've all been scamming gold?
Delboy I think you need to get yourself on mumble and platoon more. It's a lot less frustrating when you can guarantee at least 2 team-mates not to be completely retarded.
yeah, reading on the WOT forum, they were buying dodgy gold from some website, they got gold, but WG got no money, then they all brag about it on their forum

leaning towards the IS3 as it seems to be way more popular, so maybe its better?
I'm definitely going to add a Russian heavy IS tree to my rotation, sick of them bouncing my shells like I'm throwing handful of peanuts at them. You know if you can't beat them, join them and all that! Need to start from KV-1 since I've neglected the Russian tree mostly though but I have everything on it unlocked bar KV-1S so not a shabby place to start from.
I feel this.....after the day I had yesterday playing this game, I was so tempted to uninstall the game.....Muppets after muppets, if I died - we lost. If I had a good game - we lost. If I had an awesome game - we lost. Your ban is odd, I call people retards all the time....And rightly so in most cases!

Yeah was really annoying to get chat banned. Meant I could not ping the map or press any of the F keys - not that anyone normally takes any notice anyway. I think because our team got so trampled during that match the admin took his frustrations out on me.
Even at the end he threatened other players with bans with "Defrag is banned, anyone else?"
What made it particularly frustrating for me is I had to endure several TK'ers and other idiots calling me noob for having to cover flanks not covered by anyone else in the most inappropriate tanks. For example, trying to cover a defensive position in a Batchat because nobody else was there from our team, then being called "camping Batnoob". They all got away scot free while I bore the brunt of a power hungry admin. Sucks.

I'm not sure it would have made any difference, the level of retardedness was too great for even your mightly powers to conquer....
The way to deal with this would have been to start sending him private messages after the game questioning his parentage and his tendancy to touch wild animals....
In all seriousness, in game abuse should be encouraged, if only on the off chance that one out of every ten peiople you abuse might stop playing the game......
IS3 is a killer machine... so is KT though. Different styles of play for each - IS3 with top gun is aggresive, frontline almost medium like, and when positioned well can bounce almost anything T7 and lower. KT though needs all the upgrades to feel right. Without turret, T6 can pen you from the front if they know where to aim..., without top gun, your pen is too low to be feared of... and without tracks and top engine its a bit sluggish. But this thing can bounce so many shoots, even on the FLP that it's unbelievable (E75 beats that). The only trouble is... it leads to E100 which is cr**...

I love my IS3 and kept it just for playing Champion's and ESL fights.
So - both are good, but KT is more defensive type of tank, and you can't rush the enemy as you haven't got the speed. IS3 is fast and can be in the tactical positions pretty much a few secs behind meds.

And there in lies the reason I've not logged on lately. Too many retards in the game and they are always on your team so no matter how well you do you still lose.
The IS3 is the better tank though there's not a massive amount in it. The main thing is that the IS3 has much better tanks to research than the KT does further down the line.
Once Borderlands 2 comes that I have ordered WOT may be rested a bit.
I see they have different roles to play in the game and it depends what type of player you are.
Typically the IS line of tanks are full out attacking tanks, they are reasonably quick for heavies and have good angled front armour - its what they were designed to do. They tend to be the front line force so if you like being in the thick of the action - the IS line is for you.
The German heavy lines for the most part are defensive and supprting tanks. They all have at least one gun that is very accurate at range with good pen but lower than average damage for their tier. They are really good if you like to sit back and snipe from distance, they are not normally quick enough to be the frontal attack. The E100 packs a nice gun that does ~750dmg per hit although its pen is not that great. The tank itself is ok if you know what you're doing and angle it properly - its got a reputation for being weak - but if you angle your frontal armour correctly theres not a lot that can pen it. Tip: with the turret, shoot your target and while you are reloading - angle the turret at around 30 degrees to your enemy - they'll have a tough time penning you there (your hull should be angled anyway) then once they have fired, return to aiming at them and shoot off your round - easy! The maus is pretty much the same, a defensive heavy tank - with lots of HP and designed to take a beating. Blocking roads/bridges etc with this beast can really change the way some maps are played. Angles are your friend here too.
I like both the E100 and IS7/IS4 tanks for different reasons. I would get yourself access to the Physics beta 8.0 and use the free xp and credits they give you to try out all the top tier tanks to see which you want to head for on the real server or try tanks you would not normally even consider.
