well after finally moving and getting the new house sorted i'm gonna be back on both WOT and WOW and mumble, will be good to get back playing in a group. Is 8.0 a massive leap for the game I hope it is.

PZ III/IV wasn't too bad once upgraded. PZIII looks the part, its almost like 'we have designed the perfect tank, but i'm sure we have forgot something?' - The Gun!!! :D

W moves forward, S reverse, A and D left and right respectively. Pressing the left mouse button makes a 'boom' sound and anything you're pointing at loses health (most of the time!)

Lol, that is pretty much a perfect description of the PzIII. Its got mobility, reasonable armour for its tier, speed... and absolutely no firepower at all.
 
I'm having fun in a fully upgraded M4 Sherman at the moment.
Using the 105mm gun.
It is a true 'paper tank' and the stories of real M4 crews is quite horrific. It offered no protection at all against German armour and to make matters worse, it was fueled by petrol and used explosive shells.

Is that your first Tier 5? Mine was either T-34 or KV-1. Can't remember now. Had an M4 briefly but that was before the patch that sorted out matchmaking so I kept being put in very high tier games with it so I sold it pretty quickly. From the T20 that line gets very good by the way.

I'm not grinding anything myself at the moment after getting my E50M. Quite liking having a break and just cycling through the tanks I enjoy playing. I think I'm going to use up my current Premium then take a short break from this game maybe until the British tanks arrive. We'll see how I feel in 9 days time...

Have they set a date for the british tech tree?

And my first Tier 5 was a Hummel :cool: ...my first T5 was the Stug and its a great tank... until you realise that most of your games are against T7-8 tanks where you don't stand a chance and on the off chance you do get a T5 game you almost always come across a KV (the old style one) that can flatten you without trying.
 
So apparently PlanetWOT no longer works since Wargaming refused their connection to the server or somesuch. WG really want to drive people away from the game don't they?

My premium ran out on Wednesday, can't see myself renewing until at least British tanks are out.
 
Well ive tried to get back onto WoT, but i just cant now, teams are worse than ever it seems, any concept of teamplay that might of been there before has gone, and more over the changes to the physics are a bit meh, sure its nice for tanks to be able to move over things they couldnt previous but im not sure i like it - And as for the Brit tanks coming, well its about time, ill try them when they are here but until then the game is stale for me atleast - Viluxia ingame.

Looks like it might be getting fixed...Soon we will again be able to check how rubbish we have been!!

You HAVE to play in a platoon nowadays to get any form of teamplay. In the past, there used to be the odd occasion when playing by yourself that you would get a team who played smart. Nowadays, it's a complete lottery. One of the big problems now is that retards have played enough games (of which they have lost most) to get IS4's and E100's - if you get one on your team it's almost a guarenteed loss.

Every shot is like dice roll is what gets to me " Penetration" no damage so why the **** does the Commander say Penetration? Uninitialised this ****. The developers are a bunch of lazy *******s instead of fixing the game they just add more content to make more money :mad:
