My premium run out today. Just had my last bash at the game. Going to rest it and play Borderlands 2.

Didnt have too bad games tho but I hear what you are saying had loads of "Penetration" but no damage. Fired about 20 shots.

Got 5 kills in French arty including a one shot Chaffee after about 10 seconds of live fire started it was a sweet shot got him on the run and he then called me a big ass !

Couple of the French arty is loverly.

Love the link to the tech tree tho.
 
They can be 3 things. Critical hits to modules, hits on spaced armour which only went through the first sheet, and hits on the tracks which were absorbed by the wheels (effectively spaced armour as well).

Not sure why people get so ****ed off with them. They're part of the game and can be used to your advantage if you know how to side-scrape properly.

I have just taken a few months break from it myself. I found I was getting very bored with it. I started playing again last night and enjoyed it.

I want an SU-101M1:p
 
Trying to have a go after so long. a lot has changed, new maps new modes which the game doesnt really tell me about which is annoying.

Skills were reset so had to redo em, zayvin said brother in arms is nice to have on most of ur crew so got that and repair as usual, when i get up to skill 3 on the crew then i can look at the new ones in more detail.

Gfx have got a lot better since the last time i played it. Tho the sky is still crap and overlit with bloom.

Someone please explain to me why the teams are getting so retarded. Especially at the weekends? Evey single game today has been <30% chance of winning with the absolute idiots playing the game. No teamwork, no map reading, lemming trains all over the place no ******* clue. Something has to be done and I'm afraid the only thing is just leave the game and find something else because this is ridiculous. At the very least my new rule is Never play at the weekends. The retards just seems to quadrouple and I can't work out why - surely these people can't have jobs, I'd bet they barely have enough intelligence to tie their own shoelaces.

Doesn't that mean that for a whle bunch of people they're having a great time with a 70% chance of winning every game. Have you considered the common denominator ;) :D :p

I've considered that, there must be a lot of players enjoying 70%+ win after win after win at my expense, either I'm very unlucky, WG have some routine to stack the teams against me written into the code or there simply are far too many playing this game who just don't know how to play. I'm seeing more and more tier X tanks with very low efficiencies these days - probably accounts that have been running bots to get the higher tanks.

maybe its the weekend specials that have been happening a lot lately?

i am also getting frustrated at the idiot teams, but then now and again i can have a very good game, and i love the game again, but usually this does not last, as i am nearly always in silly teams :(

Yea its always been that way i guess, that teamplay came with the toons, but normally back then when i was playing most of the time the normal teams were not that bad and most people knew what they were doing most of the time, oh well ill give it till the brit tanks come in and see if it dies down, more than likely it will be worse as more people will be playing when they come.

If anyone is interested I solved the above issue I posted a few pages back.

Corrupt Adobe Flash Player install for IE9 possibly due to downloading and installing one of the many updates you often get of the player.

Took me a long while to find a solution.

Go into Programs and Features, show installed updates, uninstall IE9.

Reboot.

Download and install IE9.

Now WOT Launcher working again!
 
I am LOVING the AMX 105AM at the moment. I keep thinking one last go then not playing WOT for a while but I keep getting 4/5/6 kills per battle. Its like they have upped the accuracy plus the number of nobby's playing at the moment its like shooting ducks in a barrel.
or is that fish ?

Come and toon with us, I invited you earlier!...That being said, even when tooning with decent players it can be a hard slog at times...
 
Platooning does make things better. Having at least one or two competant players with you can help you win more often, or if the team fails even more you have someone to share your grief with.

I got both an E100 and an ST-1 last night. Love both of them!
