I always enjoyed Hellfire Peninsula, disliked most of the rest though. It was always a point of debate with a mate as Nagrand was always one of the best zones in game for him.
With the current xp system and heirlooms I've managed to get to level 66 in Hellfire Peninsula alone...
Outland is a strange one for me - when I'm levelling from 1-60, I look forward to the TBC zones for one thing alone: you get your hands on gemmable gear for the first time. Once I'm there, I rapidly learn to dislike them as I've seen them so many times before and it just feels like a slog to play all the way through them.
My rogue is currently at level 63, having hit Hellfire at 60, but those three levels have consisted of running 5-man dungeons non-stop, with quests just used as a fill-in while the LFD sorts out another group. To be honest, I'll probably do the same for Zangarmarsh - another zone which feels like it drags on for ages. I'll probably play Nagrand right through - the toon has got skinning as a profession and as it seems like 75% of the quests have you killing some animal or other, it's just free gold.
Other than that though, I'll most likely be dungeon-running all the way to the Wrath zones, which are a lot more enjoyable to play.
