Decent bronze medal performance from Adlington.
So far watching that race was the first time i've cheered in the Olympics yet, almost jumped outta my chair near the end

Good effort. From the sounds of it the field is a lot stronger this year in the 400 so a very good result.

Yeah, with the lead Phleps had opened up I thought it was a USA gold but the two guys after him didn't have the pace to hold of the French.
