I don't like how they come to that conclusion at all. Greatest (Olympic) swimmer of all time maybe but I think it's unfair to say greatest Olympian of all time. Nothing against Phelps but how can you compare someone who can only hope to achieve one medal at an Olympics like a thrower or jumper to somebody who has a shot at 8? It would take someone who can only achieve a single medal a games 32 years to match what Phelps was able to achieve in one games. I don't really think you can have an overall greatest Olympian, just the greatest in a certain sport.
