We live on a fairly small island, you're never really that far away from the sea wherever you are.

Think they said a stop go penalty he's got to stop at some point during the race to take it.

Do it at the latest moment possible, then spend the remainder of the race sprinting using every last bit of energy to try to get back to Silver.

Wow just turned this on to see GB in 1st and 3rd so either way we end up with 2 medals...really is something to see us winning medals in other sports rather than the usual ie track cycling, rowing etc etc.

Come on GB, bag those 2 medals.
