I kind of just dove in, regretting that this morning, aching all over.

Week 3 Day 2 today, was so much easier than Week 3 Day 1... Breezed through it![]()
Theres a lot of different ways of doing push ups. It all depends on the direction and postions of your hands/ shoulders, for example your hands facing outwards will work on the muscles across your back.
Sit ups are more effective if you do crunches. I do a hundred crunches everynight and its a much better workout than tradional sit ups.
