I always fall 2 pressups short of the "final section" for each day, I have to rest for 3 seconds
(column 2, week 3)

Going to give this a go alongside my normal fitness routine which is mostly cardio based with a few free weight sessions a week - I'm a road cyclist.![]()
got a vid of you doing those speed pressups? i always find them funny because they dont look to be normal ones![]()
