Initial test I got 23 so hopefully it will help me achieve 100, then can start going to the gym!

well easy, is it supposed to be that easy, well i'm sure it will get harder...
Do I do the 3days after each other or like a 3day week split? monday/wednesday/friday type thing?
I did set 1 of 10, then 12, then 7, then 7 and for the final set I maxed out on 26
Why did you start on Week 1 Day 1 when you can do more than 5 pushups?
Did you do the initial test? With a max of 26 you should have started on Week 3 Column 3
