2 bacon sarnys i enjoy.
1. Gregs stottie, marg on both top and bottom and about 6 slices of back bacon and slices of tomato and it tastes great, think an egg or two isnt too bad on it either tho i cant remember if i have had an egg with this version.
2. Warburtons toastie or extra thick bread. 3 slices of back bacon or 3-4 streaky smoked bacon with a egg and the yolk must be nice and runny. After cookin the bacon in the frying pan dip the 2 slices of bread in the fat for some nicely lighty fried bread on one side.
