So chuffed to have bought an OPO and free of Apple :)

One criticism is that the scrolling doesn't quite seem as fluid as the iPhone 5 I've come from. Up and down FB for instance seems a little grabby and stutters slightly. Also i miss the little double tap on iOS that'd zoom in on safari for example, double tap the top left of a page to click 'User CP' on these forums. On the OPO just isn't quite as refined.

I'm loving it also! I think I notice the stutter a little less than you as I have always been on android but never the less it is miles better than anything I've owned before.

The only problem I have at the moment is that some of my app icons have gone really small inside of either a white or black box in stead of being able to view the whole icon. This happened after updating so I'm not sure what to do :/

Ordered Tuesday with standard shipping, order still marked as "processing" yet people around the web saying that they received theirs and it still said "processing" on the website. Hopefully it'll be here soon.

Same here, I skipped the pre-order queue on the 22nd and still showing as processing. tempted to cancel and pre-order an Oculus Rift DK2 instead as my Nexus 4 was nicely refreshed by lollipop.
 
Hmmm, yeah that's what I've heard. Seems a bit stupid that they can't update their own website with proper statuses, but there we go...

Are we talking about just icons on the Home Screens or in the App Drawer as well?

Do the apps with the dodgy icons still work OK?

Do you have a picture, and what version are you on?

Not necessarily... I received my shipping email at about 2:30 am and my OPO was delivered by Royal Mail later the same day, so I hope yours is also!
