OnePlus One.

Ah lucky, my support ticket has been been open since December 5th with no reply. Awful company.

I replied to their mail.

Had two delivery delays since sending.

The error that the other server returned was:

"At a rate..." Somebody getting DDoS'd?

Either way this was from a GMail account to a Google hosted email service. Lol?
 
No device received, three weeks since it was posted.

My support ticket asking them to check the tracking number and order status has been open two weeks without a reply.

My PayPal claim has been open 9 days without response, and they have 1 day left to respond or PayPal say they will refund me.

Hopefully I'll get my money back but I am very unimpressed with their (lack of a) customer service department.


Shame the phone didn't turn up, has your refund come through ok?
Must admit I really disliked mine at first, having been used to my nexus 4. But, over the last few weeks my N4 just feels small and far too slippery.

OnePlus waited until the last few minutes before I'd get my automatic refund and submitted the tracking number to PayPal. This cancelled the refund and threw the ball back into my court as that's how PayPal's system works. Despite the tracking number telling nobody anything other than the phone hasn't been delivered, I had to ring PayPal because it stops the process dead. Thankfully their returns department took a dim view of OnePlus's tactics and refunded me without delay.

I'd strongly recommend not buying a OnePlus One. It may be a decent phone at a good price but I do not believe that such mediocre customer service is an acceptable compromise. I still haven't had any direct communication from OnePlus, nearly a month since the phone shipped.
 
I have a Sandstone black 64GB invite if any one needs one, please only ask if you intend to buy it as I don't want it going to waste. Now gone.
