I had this GP services thing occur on my Galaxy S3 last week. It would constantly pop up this error message "Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped working etc". tried clearing caches uninstalling etc but to no avail. i was running Archidroid ROM.
ended up doing a reset and installing Paranoid Android which not only looks better but seems to perform well even on a 3 year old handset.
Great price, probably trying to clear out for the next phone.
before i even go anywhere close to the one plus 2, id want to be 100% sure they have fixed the green screen tint and touch issues, not going to give in to the hype with the invites again

Green tint? You mean yellow, right? 
I've had two and neither had those issues, I am pretty sure they've been fixed. However, the touchscreen issues are still prevalent (e.g. phantom screen presses) and OnePlus doesn't seem to have a fix

Think I'm going hold out for the one plus 2 instead of going for a lg g4 how does the invite system work? As I've read they are going to do it again do I have to sign up or something?
iv had my OPO since christmas after 4 years of iphonery and to be honest, for the most part i havnt looked back, although after the software update mine and my girlfriends phones have become really sluggish when typing anything in which is an absolute nightmare after it had been so responsive for so long.
the battery is now lasting a good 4-6 hours less than it was, i could hammer my phone all day and still have juice by the time i went to bed, now im charging mid evening and then overnight.
im also getting issues when trying to watch any videos online, it plays 30seconds and then skips back to the beginning, and then repeats this annoying little process over and over. iv read that this is to do with the memory, but theres about 50GB of space on the hard drive and very few programs on it that i use.
would like to see these small issues fixed in the next update if im honest!

love this phone. and the price drop is even more of sign that this company is keeping true to its word. it wants and IS disruptive!
I will never buy another brand phone again if they continue like this. Sure there are issues, its like a game of roulette, and the odds are less favourable...but I feel lucky.

theres an updated oxygen OS version out, comes with a touchscreen fix. I would have give it a go but the camera in OxygenOS is bad.
I've been suffering from this too, was quite annoying....
Looking for a fix I saw people saying switching wake and keep awake in privacy guard settings for Goggle Play Services back to default fixes it, as does disabling location services. Neither of these two I wanted to do.
So today I saw someone suggesting this:
Resetting app preferences - Settings --> Apps --> All --> Options (the 3 vertical dots in the right top corner) --> Reset App Preferences. Then reboot your phone.
This resets the G Play services privacy guard settings so you need to go back and deny wake and keep awake again.
Not wanting to speak too soon, but a few hours later and it seems to have fixed it.....

I'm very tempted by the one plus one. Does anyone know if I buy one now the screen issues will be fixed? Touch etc.

If you find one with the Google Play Services battery drain fixed then it will be fine. Otherwise it will be poor.

Tempted get one myself so I can send off my z3c to get repaired(headphone jack and a screen defect) then sell on my z3c for when the one plus two comes out.

My battery life has been absolutely shocking since the CM12 update.
It's not draining when I'm not using it but as soon as I get some screen on time it drops like a stone.
Any ideas?

Ah well I missed out. I thought today’s sale was 2pm but it was at 12. I think it might have been too big for me anyway.
