OnePlus One.

Seems I spoke a bit soon, I seem to have the yellow band at the bottom... Honestly I don't know if I'll send it back, it's not exactly a big issue, especially since I've always used f.lux on ios, going to get a similar function app

its a hardware/design fault, they should not be allowed to keep selling these handsets with this issue, you shouldn't have to cover their mistakes by using an app

absolute shocking that to this day they haven't fixed it

im always tempted to go for another OPO but after the 2 ive had in the past had yellow band it puts me right off

spent half the day trying to figure out a solution to my wifi problems. installed cyanmodgen 12.1 nightly-bacon and franco kernel.

Then i realise my tablet isn't connecting to the wifi either.....some ******** changed the password

Is this phone still worth considering? Just noticed how incredibly cheap the 64gb version is, and a couple of my co workers have the black version which looks a lot better than I thought it would, the size was also more compact than I initially thought. Or should I try to hold off for the OnePlus Two :p?

The phone is big enough I don't want to put a case on it! It would make it hoooge! I like my phones case free.

I am tempted by the 64gb one. Looking at some photos the black looks rather stylish.

Can anyone tell me what the sound quality is like via headphones? I'm an audiophile and still find it difficult to let my Nexus S be replaced. I bought a S3 recently with the Wolfson WM1811 sound chip and installed Boeffla kernel buts it not up there with the Nexus S/SGS1 Wolfson WM8996 with Voodoo Sound.

Like I said the S3 feels like a super duper phone to me because I have been using a Nexus S for 3 1/2 years due to the superior sound quality. But the sound quality on the S3 is so so and I hate the physical button.

I would say yes, it is still worth considering. Great processor (vintage now, haha), large battery, very open software.

Just got the notification for the fix. Will have to wait to install this evening.

Good timing, I was on the tube this morning and suddenly realised my right thigh was absolutely burning up. Took my phone out of my pocket and it was really, really hot. Quite worrying, is this a known thing? I rebooted it and it seems ok now. I was only listening to podcasts..

Has anyone used this phone abroad and does it work ok im on Three i travel to Austria tonight which is covered on the feel at home but searching post on the one plus forum says data roaming still incurring charges?
