OnePlus One.

For the first time I was very disappointed with this phone this weekend at V Festival with the sound recording on the videos.

Basically when Kasabian, Example, Calvin Harris and more were playing the sound distorted when heavy bass was playing my friends had Samsungs and Iphone and all recorded fine. :(
 
does anyone know how I can stop the phone either switching on the torch or the music when it's locked?
Sometimes when i pick it up/out my pocket I will somehow make it do stuff before it's unlocked - can be annoying!
 
I am running Blisspop rom since Sunday, got a 200+Gb update yesterday and it is running great, not a single problem with any app signal etc, this new CM seems to be borked and buggy as hell from what I have read.

Anyone having issues with 5.1?

My current list of annoyances...

  • Phone wakes up in pocket and starts pressing buttons even when "check proximity sensor before waking up" is checked.
  • Battery life is back to being HORRIBLE - Android OS draining 2-5x more than screen on.
  • GPS signal is HORRIBLE - takes ages to get a lock when walking / standing still, and totally unable to get a lock in car. Direction ALWAYS wrong.
  • The annoying voicemail bug is back again! Voicemail notification repeatedly rings every few seconds. Even when I turn it off in dialler settings! The only way to get it to STFU is to put phone in priority / silent mode.
  • Interface definitely laggier than before (stuttering when switching between apps etc.)

I am now back to my " **** you Cyanogen" stance :o

Cant say I've had any of those issues. Though the battery is a bit worse than before.

I wasn't a fan of the whole Truecaller thing, but uninstalled it before I used it.

I'm not sure I like the direction Cyanogen are going tbh.
