One thing I'm having an issue with....
I enabled the on-screen Nav Bar buttons (which automatically disables the hardware buttons). Then unlocked and drag-to-change the position of the on-screen buttons, so that they match the positions of the hardware buttons.
But once the screen turns off, the next time the screen comes on the on-screen buttons have reverted to their original positions (with the Back button on the left hand side)
Could somebody else try it and see if theirs has the same bug?

Just tried it for you and mine worked fine and didnt revert back to the original, are you clicking the "lock" once you have moved them to where you want to basically save the changes.
Did you pay for express delivery?
I decided to open a ticket the other day out of interest with regards to the yellow band as I would like to exchange it really.

Thing is they want you to pay Return shipping and also to get another sent out. I'd mayaswell sell on eBay profit and then buy another phone.

you'd be added to the bottom of the list
but yeah, if you're not happy with it i would profit from it while you still can.
The phones great the yellow banding is the issue
My phone came today. Very impressed so far!
Had my screen on a blank white Chrome page and unless I really look for it I can see some slight banding at the bottom. When using it normally though I don't notice it! So I guess I got lucky

Think my banding is more than normal id like to see others in the flesh to compare mine with. Mines pretty much stock mate, play around with the CyanogenMod settings. One thing I'm super impressed with on this is the battery life, and charging speeds phenomenal.

I wonder how long it will be until there's an app that can alter the colour profile of the lower section of the screen that yellows and the rest separately.
