Question by @isisx9
How many people are working Support and how many tickets does each person process on an average day?

As you may have heard, for the past few weeks the entire team has jumped in to answer tickets (including @David S. and @Carl, who will continue to do so as much as their time allows)! Formally, the Support staff consists of only 8 people right now with many more on their way. In terms of solve rate, we’re actually doing a bit better than others in the industry, but I really shouldn’t say exact numbers.

very interesting now i know why it takes 3 days for a response, i hit between 37k and 38k on the Antutu bench.

Ive been using messenger today and its been buttery smooth.

I thought you returned yours? If you have got it have you tried multi touch on a pillow or something like that?

No i haven't but there meant to go crazy, however its a no issue to me the multi touch, and i'm still in contact with OPO trying to find out the turn around times and if i CAN have a replacement and not just a refund. Not even sure if ill bother because i'm sure ill probably get one the same or worse than mine
Been leaving it in the sun for bits at a time and the yellow band hasn't changed still pretty bad as is.

I go on holiday on the 30th and I've a feeling if I send it back I won't get a replacement in time

On avg it's a month turn around. First you have to put in for a rma then wait for them to give you a number.
Then send it back for them to look at ect. Then ship one from china then to you.

So what is wrong with your 1+ phone?

Can't believe I've never heard of this phone. So much for getting an iPhone 6. This looks like an amazing phone, and great upgrade over my 4S.

Pity about the invite system, it rather stops them selling loads. Since I'm in Ireland I also have to use a middleman like Parcel Motel if I ever get the chance to order one.

Ive been offered the chance to return mine now.

I was set on doing it then got my Nexus4 back out and my god it seems so small and dull now.

so still undecided :p

Haha exactly I think I love this phone the only reason I want a RMA is yellow band. Not sure if I just have to accept it but people saying they don't have a yellow tint makes me want another!

Out of curiosity is that using it in the sun minus a screen protector?

I used my tablet charger in it and accidentally left it under a pillow
It got to 63C at battery sensor when I checked and was so hot it wasn't charging

To hot to hold!

Day after the band was much more dispersed. There is still a very slight haze of yellow but significantly less

yeah it was a complete accident! 63C was after i took it off the charger so was probably north of 65C - never seen a sensor on a phone taht hot!

its sorted enough that i probably wouldnt see it unless i was looking at it.
i do have the multitouch issue but it isnt an issue for me (unless it gets worse of course)

Isn't the yellow banding just glue that hasn't set? It will disappear over time so why return it.

Don't think I can. Refuse this, I'll have to hope and prey its before 22days I get it back. However he didn't asnwer my questions if you see below. On the RMA I'm going to select replacement.

Leo I've been told all this before. The questions I want answered are
can I send it back for a replacement.?
How long will it take to get the replacement ?
I don't have to pay shipping for you to send it me back again do I? As that wouldn't be right.
