Yes 45, why dispute seems there accepting RMAs lately just takes time for responses. Unless ofcourse your refusing to send it back at your cost. I think itll cost about £10 give or take

Some have been waiting a month and still got a faulty phone. You can't return it to the UK it has to go back
to china(looks like I'm wrong) and don't forget to get full insurance cover. 1+ want $54

This why I want to do it via paypal as a faulty phone as then I don't have to pay the return fee.
 
Theysaid to me £29 for there pickup service or a choice of my own at my own cost. Pretty sure I can send for less than £29 and above is a UK address so no China.
 
Hope this OTA comes out on time, the phantom touch issue that messes up typing is getting annoying.

Had a play with a g3 today, nice phone, horrible back though.

I haven't got that problem. It's the multi touch one I got and the update is already late by 4 days.

They said by the 10th on the OP forums...

Hoping it brings us to 4.4.4 as there's some fixes in 4.4.4 that fixes wallpaper bugs in GEL.

When it first came out it was advertised as having a update every 2 weeks.
This is to complete with MIUI who update every Friday at 4pm.

When I told support about my problem they never gave me a ticket number and I've never heard anything back
so I asked a staff member to look in to it for me
and he has just cam back with "What's your ticket number" :(

I think you need to log a ticket. Its an automated thing.
