It's about if you have a faulty phone. But as I've said before if you like faulty goods then that's great enjoy.

But no one knows what other effects the bad earth is\will do to the phone.
We do know the signal is not as good as it should be because of the bad earth. A guy has a permanent fix but 1+ won't pay for the info.

You really need to change the record. You've got a real bee in your bonnet about the grounding. And correct me if I'm wrong, but you got rid, so why are you still using every opportunity to troll this thread shouting about what apparently no one but you cares about?
Yes it bothers you, we get it. Yes you like your kit to be 10000% perfect. Difference of opinion aside, you are literally just trolling now.

Is there any news on the OTA? The last few Franco releases have all but fixed the multi touch and battery issues, but occasionally play services still goes silly and gives an hour or two of wake locks. It'd be nice to see that fixed too.

I've still got it. Waiting on 1+ to give me a RMA number and pick up date.

No one can fix the multi touch as it's caused by bad grounding. Yes they can mask it to fool fanboys it's fixed when it's not.
No Franco has masked the fast touch keyboard problem by telling the chip to reset
but carry on when it ****s up. He would be the first person in the known universe to fix a grounding problem via software.

The grounding problem is also why a lot of people are having radio problems. But hey you don't care.

Ah memories, its like being back in the 90s.

I must be mistaken with the multitouch being resolved since Franco was installed. I must be imagining it being a fanboy. Yup. That must be it. Logic be damned!:o

I think I may have got a code in the most recent giveaway (still waiting on actually receiving the email).

Having read the last few pages of this thread, opinions seem... 'polarised', to say the least :p

So I'm to use all my fingers and record at the same time using the only device I have? Let me get my third hand ready.

For those of us prefer real world testing rather than isolated scenarios that you can plot on a graph: pre-synaptic, hard to type quick, lots of multi touch related issues. Post: typing is fine, almost all other issues gone too. Whether its a software fix or not, most people don't care. Real world usage is fixed.

But as you say, you want everything to be flawless, so you keep on trolling. :o
As a suggestion, get an iphone6+ as your new device. As it would be hilarious to see this level of nonsence without logic winding up apple fans. It'll be like fire and ice.

mines just arrived 8 days delivery still says processing in their site though

I'm convinced their shopping site is worse than Google's. Shockingly bad for status updates, to the point where the feature of having them there is a hindrance and not a help.
 
Just don't look for the yellow and you are good to go !

Haven't noticed any yellow but I haven't really looked for it, but I was aware some devices have this issue.

Overall I'm still very happy with the device so far, the only things I dislike so far is the LCD display. I'm so used to OLED displays on my phones I do miss the viewing angles and deep blacks.

Oh and the vibration make a bit of a noise, so turned haptic feedback off.

Ok I'll help you since your most likely an x-apple user.
Place the phone on a pillow. Then start up the app for multi touch. Then try to place as many fingers
on the screen till it ****s up. Then it will tell you how many.

Just had another email from 1+ and they said they can now give me a fully working phone with no screen problems hmm
 
Not got a OnePlus & not buying one (too big for me :)) but I'm interested in what app requires a 10 finger press?

I've got a colleague who has lost two fingers, shall I advise that he buy a Iphone 6+ ?

tbh their entire logistics system is bad.

8 days to print a label and put it on a box and get it posted?

If I did that in my business I wouldn't get any return customers
