Only MAJOR overclockers need apply - survey!

well mr. InSanCen, i'm just re-overclocking, as it were, and i'm currently at 2315mhz (=220x10.5) - 1.725v/2.6vand i'm scoring 44s on SuperPI!!
I think you've got some serious clocking to do...and i'm not even using AS, just some generic thermal gunk the local IT shop sold me for 20p, as they didn't have the AS. So there!

Ok, challenge accepted. It's Sunday tomorrow, and I'll see what I can do. I'm limited by the BIOS (AS5 seems to have bedded in), as it will not boot with a 10 or 10.5 multi, so I'll have to flash it. God, I'll never feel comfortable doing that. Still, we'll see what I can get.

Currently at 220*11, daily running (just finished a blast or 2 on NFSU2)

Hi there, please update the XP-M section with another decent clocker:

Thats using an NF7s 2.0, SP-97. but no AS5 :( With decent ram and AS5 I should be able to do wonders with this baby. Stepping is IQHYA (xp-m 2500)

Got my XP2500-M to 2.368Ghz with my ICE cooler and Akasa Amber 120mm fan (using 80-120mm fan adapter) and 2x256MB PC2700 DDR RAM. So gonna order some PC3200 soon and see how far that goes. I think it's currently at 182Mhz FSB with 12x multiplier and 1.71v Vcore. About 48C on load. No pictures atm since I'm on my iBook. Will definitely post some once I get that RAM.

I could try more but I dunno whether it's safe to go over 1.75v in my Shuttle SN45G.

what temps r u getting with yours?

My barton is on a KT600.

its a fairly cheapo case, but looks good in a aluminium looking front, have stealthed the cd drives too and have no floppy.

4 x 80mm fans blowing in at the front.
1 x 80mm fan at the side blowing in
1 x 80mm fan blowing in from the top
2 x 80mm fans at the rear blowing out

artic cooler on gpu

bit overkill really!

The top fan should be blowing Out (up)

mine :

1 Fan at front blowing IN
1 Fan at back blowing OUT
2 Fans blowing IN at the side
2 Fans blowing OUT at the top
