The box looks fine on this side, is the outer box damaged on the otherside as well ?

Shocked as it's an LCD and not even a more fragile plasma, get on the phone to them and complain about delivery people. That is ridiculous !

Oh god, I was was lucky enough to pick that screen up at a local store, I was very careful when putting it in the car, it only just fit tho!

Yeah the box is totally fine, its as if the screen was broken before it went in the box!

Really hoping they can get me a new one tomorrow but doubting it very much!

Who ever you ordered that off seems like they want to get it to you quickly rather than getting it there in one piece.

I thought you said 16th May? They must have rushed it and it got.... hit with a sledge hammer somewhere in delivery

If the box is fine then maybe damaged beforehand.

But it may have been dropped perfectly level on one side so rather than the box crumpling the tv seems to have taken the full force.

Anyway time for a new one asap !

lol cheers for the 'kind' words . Just got off the phone to the place I ordered it from (catalogue shop named "small forest") and they're completely useless! They can't pick up till the 26th May!! After which I get refunded and will have to reorder it again!!!!! bearing in mind i ordered this on the 21st April! what a joke. I'm trying to find somewhere else to buy from but nowhere is anywhere as cheap (used a 20% off discount code)...

Then the guys that packed it.

They should have offered you at least a discount not counting the voucher you used, and give you a replacement right away

Mine was around £1250 with 3 year warranty... Plus I picked it up from a local branch...

If your deal wasn't as good as this then I'd get a refund then get the same deal as I did...

I'm not sure if I can mention the store name as they could be a competitor tho...

Not a traditional high street shop, you have to be a member in order to go there. I didn't use any codes or vouchers, it was the list price. Anyway, I've e-mailed you the name for what it's worth...
