i have played terran
micro lol.

The game is not balanced , and never has been...its getting better but nowhere up to the standard of BW. HOTS hopefully will solve the dire playstyle thats currently in sc2 atm.

Beating silver/gold players.. still in Bronze league ; (

Fast expanding pretty much every game unless its 2 player map v protoss then gotta 6 pool for easy win

Zerg players so rare? i've played most i think vs terran, then toss then random and last zerg lol

My ZvZ is so terrible, but i think my ZvT is the best.

Started adding 7-8 overlods in my army to spread creeep as i fight which is nice little speed bonus.

Ha you sure do like to complain about absolutely everything related to this game, why do you play it still? And I dont see why hots will solve anything, for starters the gameplay looks completely different.

terran is so easy it's not even funny. I did an experiment played terran 1vs1 doing 5 rax marine rush and got into diamond using ONLY that build. can't believe blizzard got the balance so wrong this time.

You can do the same as Protoss with 4gating and 6 pool as zerg.

i just complain about the things that are fundamentally wrong with the game, doesnt mean i should stop playing it because i have an opinion on something duh.

HOTS will solve a lot, the removal of units and introduction of new ones will clearly change the game :rolleyes:

Every race has all-in / cheese strategies. I didn't play BW but I'm sure the case was the same there although maybe not quite as pronounced after 10? years of balance tweaks. The point is that you can all-in up to a certain point and then you get stuck, usually in plat or diamond depending on a mixture of skill at executing and microing and luck vs your opponents. But stuck you will get as you start facing opps who can actually scout for these things and hold them off.

cheese was evident in BW, but was heavily punished...if your cheese went bad you lost that was the price you paid, which makes sense. The same cant be said about sc2.

If you cheese and you fail will you lose 99%.Unless you are in the lower leagues and your opponent can't maintain his huge advantage.

Yeah people moan about balance but 95% of the time, it's saying that their race is too weak in some way... Never that their race is too strong. People see the weaknesses in their race more than the strengths. I'm not saying that the balance is perfect but considering how vastly different in so so many aspects each of the 3 races are, the balance of the game is very good.

On a side note, I have really been enjoying THISISJIMMY's self casts on SC2 casts.com.
Decent player and casts in game so you can see what hes doing and when he does it. I have employed quite a few of his tactics to decent effect
