That, my friend, is not the riposte you probably hoped it would be! If the law allows a citizen to own firearms it would be in everyone's interest for those owners to become experts at handling such weapons, with comprehensive knowledge of gun safety at the forefront of such matters.

I think in all probability he's guilty but be surprised if he gets done for murder there doesn't seem to be anything concrete enough to nail him for intent the only people who know what happened that night are Oscar and Reeva.

His professional career will never recover even if he's not found guilty of murder. If he's found guilty he'll go away for life if he's found not guilty everyone will just think he's 'done an OJ' and he did do it but managed to get away with it. Athletics promoters won't be queuing up to have him at their events that's for sure!
 
Hhhmmm this been followed by a Mercedes and almost getting shot story is quite interesting. He remembers details of the incident like which turnings he took but he can't remember who he called after. It happened 5/6 years ago....
 
He is so full of ****. He remembers every other little detail, down to the colour of the flash, but he can't remember who he called to come and get him?

From what I gather, his answers need to be directed to the judge and not the prosecutor.

After all, it is the judge who will ultimately decide his fate.
 
He's as guilty as a puppy sitting next to a pile of poop and everyone knows it. Proving he knew it was her he was shooting at is going to be pretty much impossible though.
 
From both of those photo's the jeans are on top of the duvet and I'm at a loss as to why anyone could reasonably argue otherwise.
