I preferred it when these threads could exist until after the case.
Idle speculation without the facts, it's no better than women's gossip magazines
Too right, it's like reading a murder mystery inside Heat... and you've got to send your suggestions on whosdunnit to a PO Box address.
I think Robert Murat or Chris Jefferies did it.
BANNED steroid drugs were found in Oscar Pistorius’s house after he shot dead lover Reeva Steenkamp.
What confused me is why he did not warn the supposed intruder of him, even with a weapon his gf could have said "It's me!" and then he wouldn't have shot her. Or she was having an affair and he wanted to kill her.

It's South Africa, intruders aren't given the benefit of the doubt. I don't think I know anyone who would actually shout out to an intruder in their home, and that's in this country.
What confuses me about the whole situation is shooting her through the bathroom door. If you were going to kill someone, would you take the chance of shooting them through the bathroom door? Doesn't seem like the best idea to me, and yet he shot her in the head. That seems like incredible luck more than anything. If there was a cricket bat involved why not smash the door and then shoot.
But it's a little different. You can hit someone over the head with a bat to knock them out, and phone the police. In that scenario you wouldn't stop to ask the burglar his specifics.
With a gun, you can't just 'knock them out'. It's either A or B, no inbetween. Should have at least checked who it was before firing.
That's a rather limiting option isn't it? Unless you have personally observed something that you can have no opinion on it?
