Well, you must be sniper headshotting Tracer as she dashes around all over the place with ease! And headshotting healers as they whoosh around with McGree - probably doing that with your eyes closed :D

What you're saying pretty much mirrors what I was getting at (apart from the tiny bit you quoted and took out of context ;)). Much of the game is slow and spammy, but in direct contrast it has elements that are pure old school fps. Not enough to make it a pure skill based shooter, of course, but nobody's claiming that.
 
Managed 6 PotG's in a row last night on quickplay servers using only Junkrat. The guy is so hilarious to play and the AoE from those grenades is insane. I spend most of my time on AI Hard modes now because Quick Play just lands me with retards 90% of the time.
 
Just my opinion of the patch:

Widow - Feels a lot slower and you will find a lot more scoped widows rolling around. Does take a little getting used to.

Mccree - Still powerful but can't take the big boys down close now. Feels a lot more squishy in those situations, but his distance shots still doing damage.

Mccree is my weakness. Always kills me.
 
What's everyone's GPU temps when they play this game? I've got freezing issues that happens if I play online or offline vs bots and it's really annoying. VRAM isn't getting maxed out but temp is 70ºC after just one game according to MSI Afterburner. Seems a bit high to me. 970 if it matters.

70 isn't that bad
 
Matchmaking is starting to grind my gears some. I get the 50/50 thing, make a lot of sense but what I'm finding is were getting a lot of good close games where the wins are real clutch moments then we're thrown into steamrolled loses for several matches.

A lot of folks are better than me and I know this. I want a close match, I don't want to whip the other team nor be thrashed myself....hope it stabilises soon

Whining aside, still loving the game and most matches I try to push towards a character I don't like in the effort to improve
