How long and how often had you been SUP'ing before you started to think about getting qualified in instruction? I'm curious as I'm really hating my job at the minute and have always wanted to do something outdoors.
My thoughts would be to make it a career, you’d probably need other quals beside a SUP one. The coach I did my training with at the weekend is a sea kayaker, white water kayaker, open canoe coach and also has rock
Climbing and mountain leader qualifications.
Another starter course delivered. Getting more and more comfortable with them now.
Also, I’ve got my SUP coach course all but, booked in for April 22. Really looking forward to it.
Great stuff. I must say coaching is never something that's really appealed to me, although i suppose being linked to scouts, i guess it's in your nature!
Anyone had a go of a wing sup? @Martynt74 you might have had a go at sup north?
Well i've still not been out. Mostly focusing on getting back running more than anything. As with Skidder above i had arranged to meet a friend to go out this weekend, but the weather isn't looking very good!
I'd go 30"
I don't think you'd have any issues, you're well below the weight limit of the board and you're pretty capable these days.
Thank you. For £470 from Sup Inflatables, is that the best option for that price for a touring board?
