bit of drama in the canoeing there, someone capsized and got stuck against the blue blocks. Luckily they got out (after what seemed an eternity to me) and were rescued.

Whitlock separated his legs at one point so got a deduction for that. Hopefully still gets silver but he won't be too excited with that, he wanted gold.
