Parking Nazi Neighbour.. I need to mess with him.. IDEAS?!

I’d make a point if telling him what a **** he is on the day you move, then frankly, move on with your life.

No matter what you do, chances are he’ll just carry on being a tool regardless.

If you REALLY feel the need, then buy a cheap scraper and leave it outside his house, alternatively, donate the purchase price to a mental health charity….
 
You'll probably pick up a banger for peanuts. It'll be hell for him to get it removed with it being a public road. Just before it's going to get towed (police will need to label it 'police aware' for X days) remove it for a few days, and replay the scenario a couple of weeks later
 
For starters those signs would keep going missing

The old woman who lived next door to me 100% believed she owned the road directly outside her house and also told people off for parking outside her house.
She didn't even have a car and many times I told her that anybody with vehicle tax/VED, insurance and MOT can park there but she wouldn't have it.

I refer you to the answer I gave elsewhere.

Buy a banger, get a friend to park it outside his house in daylight so he sees it happening. When he runs out to complain, your friend says "I was only popping to the shops for five minutes but if that's your attitude, I'm leaving it there". He should then very visibly throw a car key down the nearest drain and walk off, never to be seen again.

Obviously not the real key for the car he's left there because if the bloke goes to the trouble of trying to recover the key, you don't want him to have the real one.

Then move away and forget about it.

Big raincoat, wooly hat and a plain covid face mask should help with disguise. Park up then leg it. Have ̶a̶n̶ ̶a̶c̶c̶o̶m̶p̶l̶i̶c̶e̶ a friend waiting in the next street with the getaway car :-)
 
I would not risk anything if you have not exchanged yet. What happens if it gets out of hand and the prospective buyers come by to look at the road and see some nonsense going on?

At least wait until you have exchanged.
 
Someone near me put a sign up on a gate to a little shed/lean to saying that its disabled access/in use all the time. Tempted to call the police because if they are taking disabled people through that gate they are locking them in a basement because that gate don't go anywhere unless its a hole.
 
Ive found out the only way to solve these disputes is to have him killed.
