Pascal Titan-X Launch

I am so glad I swapped from my sli 980s.its so much smoother then sli was for me. Can't wait for the Aoi hybrid kit to really rev it up on the clocks with out the loud fan noise

This cost me less as my 2 Kaf 980s and the kraken g10s and the corsair 90 rads Togo with them cost me £1350 the performance difference is night and day at 1440p

Don't resist you know you want one, we need your reviews.

It is literally killing me. I have a ton of excuses why I shouldn't buy one but a moment of weakness and it will be bought. It was the cooler that put me off with the old TX and this is the main reason I am holding off and the fact I am no longer custom water cooled but I will see how the dust settles and make my mind up then. Mrs has told me I can get one as well, which isn't helping things lol :D

Just been looking at the Futuremark bench thread and O/C'd TX's are comming out at the same as 980Ti's SLI at 1500mhz most of the time!!

Gaming performance on my TX feels much better than my SLI 980ti's @1480 - and everything is still at stock (my 6950x, RAM and GPU) - can't wait till it is all under water.

It will do, I've always said single most powerful card is king even if it doesn't pull quite as many fps as the next step down Sli'd. Microstutter and unsupported AAA titles is enough to put me off alone, nothing worse than a paperweight when you want to play a game you've been wanting and your stuck on a single card with low fps.

Which is why I went off two 1080s before I even got them installed. I know when working well they will be faster but maybe not smoother.

You only live once anyway :D

Indeed, I just wanted a fast single card solution at 1440p to push my 165hz monitor, seems I have found what I am after!

Everythingon ultra at 1440p

Ov GTX 1080 1440p average across 15 games (Ultra settings) = 98.3 fps
OC Nvidia Titan X 1440p average across 15 games (Ultra settings) = 124.9 fps - 23.8% faster

That should be nice on your monitor

Aye, need my EK block to push the titty a bit, look at this sorry state of affairs (new build so still work in progress, old rig with SLI 980ti's going to missus to make her forget how much I spent :):

Feels like Yin without the Yang!

Faster than a Fury Duo and cheaper and none of the headaches of mGPU.... I gotta stop looking at this card lol. Must resist.

you've been given permission by the mrs, and it's faster than a pro duo, get it overclocked and you're touching 980 Ti's in sli, 12gb framebuffer can get over 500 gb/s bandwidth with memory tweaking. not tempted yet? :p

2 loops, 360 for the 6950x and 2x 240's for the titan, themed build so different colours etc. Annoyed XMP profile doesnt seem to work for my DDR4-3200, will need to make a plan...

I thought I was bad with my 420,360,280,240 and 140 rads. I went for one loop this time, had two last time. Too much effort.

What's you mobo? Seen lots of boards having issues with memory over 3000 even if the claim they support them
