Just fired this up for the first time. Steam shows a 93-minute run time so far. I only rolled my main character and then quit out! And I've already changed my mind about that...
People weren't kidding when I was warned of the early game learning curve!
I initially rolled a tiefling sorceror with a leopard pet. No idea what I was doing with most of the choices. Have now decided I want a MC arcane tank/front-line type. Thing is the majority of the classes I haven't even heard of before!
Now torn between eldritch scion, sword saint and kinteticist. Possibly.
I may be researching my initial build for this for longer than I play most games in total!
Also - any mods that the game still needs? I gather it's been patched a lot and now includes turn-based mode as an option for instance.
You're good to go without the need for any mods. Perhaps just watch a bit of Cohh's second playthrough to get up to speed with game mechanics / kingdom management, some character builds etc. This is a HUGE game, and begs for replays with all the choices you can potentially make.
