You connected them to the motherboard?

Yea I did. The PW LED, the power switch and the speakers work.
Try putting them on the other way round as each wire is a postive and a negative

Could you get some with a hard drive or two installed

It's exactly the same size as the normal hdd bay so I didn't take photos with hds in it as they'd just be the same. I can though if you want me to?
