If i wanted the borderlands 2 offer how would i go about it, not to fluent in polish and is it simply a case of adding the key to your steam account, not sure about this VPN stuff!

Will try it. I did same with battlefield. Although I didn't need a proxy. It's a right hassle when you have to redownload and its Russian though.
