What contract clauses?
No they should retain control of it, but remove the contract clauses they have in place which forbids game dev - AMD cooperation and optimisation of source code.
Should AMD then remove their clauses that forbid partners from letting Nvidia see the game until it's about to be released? Fairs fair.
Huddy says its a clause ,and he also says Nvidia denies it , so one for one against in respect both for their individual companys.
As many have stated atm its he said she said with no real proof either way , I would suspect theres more to it on both sides than any of us realise or one or the other or them would have already been in court for libel , Instead its just being farmed for free PR which isnt a bad thing![]()
It comes down to opinions and who you believe. Do you believe AMD, or do you believe Nvidia?
I believe both of them know more then what they drip feed PRwise ,and i dont believe either of them 100% as they simply say whats best for there current employer, And yes your opinon is as valid and worth the same as anyone elses imo
What i will say and this goes for either side or really most things in life you cant keep trying someone/thing unless you have proof and everyone is innocent until proven guilty (thats not aimed at you or anyone just something thing i believe and yes it has cost me multiple times in life)
I believe both as they are both corporate entities that care nothing for the consumer, it makes perfect sense in both cases and from a business POV I would even say it should be expected.
When you've got Sebastian on Twitter trying to suggest it's because we don't have the unified memory of the PS4, yet the game is a stuttering mess on a 6Gb Titan.
That's exactly right. By all means let them point score but with the state of games like Watch Dogs, the PC industry is getting neglected and quite frankly I don't think the vendor bickering is in any way likely to improve that matter.
Yes, that's right. Watch Dogs despite being a GW title is broken on Nvidia too. If anything, I think Nvidia should be making legal allegations against Ubisoft.

Of course and i agree triss. It comes down to opinions and who you believe. Do you believe AMD, or do you believe Nvidia? I look at the evidence provided, the GameWorks titles ive played, the questions game devs answered about GameWorks and i draw my opinion and thoughts from that. Just my opinion at the end of day and it's just as valid as most of the others in this thread.![]()
The trouble is the AMD fanboys such as yourself are quick to try and push your 'opinion' on everyone else on this forum at EVERY opportunity, it's tiresome seeing the same pro-AMD, anti-NVidia spiel all of the time.
I don't know if this has been posted before, but has everyone seen this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZGV5z8YFM8
As an Nvidia user, I find it quite difficult to "like" Nvidia. They have some nice stuff like Physx, Gameworks, 3D vision, etc. But when AMD develops something like TressFX, they share it. And what do Nvidia do? They make HairWorks...
