People who go and sit in their car to eat their luncheon at work

I used to do it all the time, didn't mind a 20min power nap also in the summer.

Those were the days.

Weirdows and man babies that can't cope with social interaction. Feel secure behind the wheel of their astra.

Change my mind.

I don't do it myself, but see the appeal. I go to gym or the beach over lunch, if I didn't have that, having a few moments to yourself in your car, listening to an audiobook sounds appealing.

My current car isnt really comfortable enough but used to do it a lot in a previous car. Sitting in nice comfy heated leather seats, my choice of music/radio and maybe even recline back for a little nap. Lovely.

Probably because.

1. Said Work colleagues absolutely drive them up the wall with not shutting up during the whole break. (been there)
2.He/She does not like his work colleagues.
3. alone time..the guys/woman simply wants some alone and quiet time.

I was lucky enough to have a 20 acre landscaped business park with benches all over it to use for lunch during my last ten years as a technoserf. Would have murdered several of my colleagues otherwise.

I occasionally do this, simply because sometimes you want to have an undisturbed break. If I stay in the "office" then You inevitably get asked questions about jobs and the like. Sometimes its nice to have time where you know you are not going to be bothered.

Spot on. Nicely summarised.
