PFA Player of the Year Nominations

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/4903072.stm
Player of the year:
Joe Cole
Steven Gerrard
Thierry Henry
Frank Lampard
Wayne Rooney
John Terry

Young Player of the year:
Darren Bent
Cesc Fabregas
Anton Ferdinand
Aaron Lennon
Cristiano Ronaldo
Wayne Rooney

Bit suprised and disappointed that Momo Sissoko wasn't nominated for young player of the year, particuarly when you consider how much and how well he has played compared with Ferdinand and Lennon.

Cesc has been good... but he seems to perform much better in the champions league than in the league. Is the premiership's physical side too much for him at an early age?

His best performances have been in the Champions League, but he's been excellent in the Premiership this season too, imo.

His form has been great in the CL but whenever ive seen him in the league
hes been playing very well, hes just small so you dont notice him as much :)

I'd have Lennon 2nd behind Fabregas. He's the youngest of the lot and has been magnificent.
