PGR4 Demo on XBL???

Mt Latte is happy, wait till you get the full game and you experience aquaplaning through a puddle. 1st game i've expericenced something like that when your braking at high speed, lol
 
also note by playing online and if you come 1st doesn't mean you automatically won the race. Now if you come 2nd or 3rd but earn more kudo's you can possibly beat the winner if the winner has done less than 1000 kudeo's as race position is combination of race postion + kudo's now

3rd event is a 1 on 1 in the rain.
Really guys all i can say is that with the wheel its the most adrenalin pumping game ive played ever, sooo enjoyable but bloody challenging.

Good to know the wheel works well with the demo , cant wait till friday :) i just remembered that i need to send my wheel back to get it fixed , i only tried the ferrari and the lotus and the lotus was great on the snow challenge .
 
First impressions... WOW.

Plays as good as it looks, bikes are incredibly fun to ride and seem to add a new concept to master than your usual cars.

Cant wait to pick this up on Friday.

good graphics, quite an improvement from PGR3
cars and bikes sound great
the handling is still sweet, i like the bikes too! :D

my only concern is that im now tempted by the wheel :(
 
Although its early days yet on the rankings.
Im coming in around the top 1-2% so far...

Currently got the NO.1 on the Cone Challenge out of 983 entries.

How you guys managing?

Well, I suck, can't even win the eliminator....was sure i won until the last corner when he over took me on the finish line. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Indeed, aquaplaning through the standing water is scary but incredibly awesome. Not only does the standing water look so 'right', it feels it too :cool:

There are varying degrees of rain in the full game though, from mildly greasy to full on tropical downpour with massive puddles of standing water.

Great demo another great game for the 360 we are spoiled really. Would say its more closer to PGR3 than it is to PGR2 at the moment but they really have seemed to have tightened the game up the new weather effects are simply brilliant.

Macau is stunning to drive around, can't wait for the full game.
 
It failed to give me any reason to buy it, instead of just playing PGR3.

It was ok, but not £40 for a slight improvement ok.

I'd buy it if I didn't have already have PGR3 and Test Drive Unlimited, they give me all I want from a racing/driving game.

Damn. I found myself thinking that last night. "Do I buy PGR4 if I have TDU and PGR3 already?". TDU gives me a brilliant driving experience, PGR3+Forza for the rest. I'm still downloading the demo...since 4pm and am up to 85% so far on a 19mb line :/
