Just noticed Enthoo Luxe is now in country! OcUK is still showing pre-order, but others show it in stock for immediate delivery.

So far this is what they are sending me:

1. Upper grill assembly - clips are fine but it is rattling like crazy

2. Broken front clips - both broken

3. HDD LED indicator not working! - new cable on the way

4. Fan controller - as documented in this thread

I am putting all these problems down to bad luck. Apparently front clips breaking is quite common (although unlike most I didn't pull on them they just stopped clicking on pushing) and the upper grill assembly is probably just not quite right fit.

That's some list of issues :( I've sent another email to rma phanteks so fingers crossed they will reply and send a new fan hub

Hi guys

What are you doing with the two bottom fans are you keeping them on the radiator fan holder or just installing them to the bottom of the case? I myself have had to buy some rubber fan shrouds as at full speed my fans where hitting off the metal on both the base of case and when installed onto the radiator/fan holder
 
Phanteks not only makes great products but also has great customer support. Have a problem and they are great!

@ delpy8, Thanks for getting one. I like being able to help people with things like these bases .. and to me the Enthoo Primo looks better on a caster base then just setting on the floor. :D

My first ever case was a thermaltake one with an external big water cooler then jumped to coolermaster then have been corsair for years (don't know why bits kept breaking off) then jumped to nzxt H440 recently and now this phanteks case And to be totally honest it's the best case I've ever bought :)
 
The Phanteks Enthoo Primo is an amazing case, especially for what it costs. And I suspect the Enthoo Luxe is just as nice, just smaller. And the Enthoo Pro is basically a budget version of Enthoo Luxe.

Phanteks coolers are also very good.

Yeah I had a look around the net and saw it in stock elsewhere, I'm not back in UK for 2 weeks so no rush for me, happy to wait for OcUK to ship it.

I won't be doing much with mine, will wait for X99 etc to come into retail and make some key hardware choices once I see what's on the market.
