So mine has arrived.
Not entirely happy if I'm honest.

Problem
That isn't from a flash, it's just not been painted/sprayed properly and has a scuff. I can ignore the scuff but I'm not that happy with the paint.
Overall it seems a bit more flimsy in comparison to the old one too, but could be my imagination.
I'm not sure whether to return it or ask OCUK to replace it/replace that grille.
Thoughts? Anyone else's like it?

Chug is on holiday for 2 weeks.
Just checked mine same mark same place.

Apologies for this annoying cosmetic issue. Luckily the top grill can be replaced ( only attached with screws ). We'll request the grills from our factory and send out once they are stocked. You can send an email to RMA[at]phanteks.com and we'll sort it out.

Phanteks have replied, saying they will send one out ASAP (By air) so all good.
It’s just the one grille on mine (thought it was both) the cable/rear motherboard side. Phanteks have said they’re the same, so interchangeable.
Obviously not OCUK fault, and I can’t fault Phanteks so far!

I've had nothing but issues with my order. I almost wish I hadn't bothered now. Got the order updated to a Saturday delivery back when it was likely they'd arrive in warehouse on Friday, then when they didn't I called again to reshuffle the delivery back to my work address. Got told (exact words, "I guarantee") that I'd get it today. Perfectly happy so far as none of the issues have been OCUKs fault.
Today rolls around, no emails, nothing. Call up for a third time and ask what's going on, and get told that my case was awaiting Saturday delivery still; it hadn't been reverted to next day despite the confirmation. Fine, please send it out tomorrow, to my work address. Sorted.
But no! The saga continues. Now I've gotten an email stating that there was a stock miscount and my order isn't available. The case is totally out of stock and I'm going to have to wait an indeterminate amount of time before it is restocked. Called for a fourth time to confirm and yes, nothing they can be done unless I want to alter or cancel my order. What an utter joke.

Not good. Did OCUK give any indication of when they would have stock?
Surely they can knock some money off for compensation?
Nothing for now. I got a shrug and an apology, but I've basically been left with the choice of either an indeterminate wait or a colour I don't want. I've very grudgingly gone for the latter. Not happy at all.

My two 360mm radiators wouldn’t fit at the same time so I’ve ordered a slim 420mm for the front and a 40mm thick 240 for the top mirroring one of the builds at computex. I’ll need to make my own pump bracket to get my EK plexi res in an ideal position, no big deal.
The internal chassis is made of a thinner steel than the previous versions but once built that’ll be out of mind. Also, the gpu is at an angle relative the rest of the chassis, I may be able to tweak that.
Otherwise, very happy!

Could someone be so kind as to measure the width of the front radiator cut out (as in across the case, not the depth which is already listed in the manual), also how wide you could fit to the top without interfering with the rear tray or glass door. Want to see if the black ice nemesis rads will fit without modification.

Bit miffed with DPD. First gave me a time between 10-11, great I thought, someone else would definitely be in. That was then changed to 4-5, not ideal but again someone should be home. That then changed about 3pm to 0600-2200 - kind of pushing it a bit to be honest and quite annoying. Thought I'd put a safe space location online so they could just drop it off. Now have an email to say no one was in - which isn't true - and the picture of the card location looks like a picture one might expect of they dropped their phone face down onto a seat...

15cm. My 360gts goes easily in. Not quite understand what you need as second measurement.
Bah, the 140mm based nemesis rads I was hoping to use are 153mm wide. Will have to wait and see how easy it will be to modify before committing to rads then.
Other measurement was referring to the top rad mount - could you fit a 153mm wide rad in there without conflicting with the motherboard mount plate or the door closing?
