What makes it one panel has backlight bleed and one doesn't? Aren't they suppose to be done in a factory line?

I am amazed at the fact how much the colour is compared to my Acer TN panel. it is NIGHT and DAY, some photos look actually look rubbish on the Acer now look great on the Philips.

^^^^ what calibration have you done? I haven't even installed the CD it came with.

Just use it like how you use it normally, don't go to the extreme. If you are happy with how you use it normally then that would be the ultimate test surely.

The Eizo has no or very low backlight bleeds, but you PAY for it, it cost double the Philips. And I doubt the colours/response time are any better.

pres Right arrow, and then exit the menu. Takes less than 5 seconds.

Yeah, i think i did, long time ago. I was wayyyyyyyy into my HiFi then after my degree, spent lots of money on it. Still love my Seperates but since i went back to uni i never have the chance to listen to it unless i go back home. And then it's like a new experience everytime compared to my AWIA micro system, so it's kinda nice to get blown away by my own HiFi, its like first time everytime now.

haven't notice that at all, been using mine for a month now. The colours are fantastic, it is miles ahead of any TN panels i've came across, movies and photos have a new life into them it seems, everything seems much more vibrant and true to life.

Mine came with the stand attached, i think they all do. But i am sure mine was new as all the cables were not open and i was one of the first to order this monitor.
